We have long been associated with the Property Owners market sector, arranging cover for Professional Property Owners and Management Agents both locally and nationwide. We recognize there is a need to provide tailor made insurance policies covering a wide spectrum of risks.

Cover is available for residential properties, offices, retail premises, blocks of flats, landlord ‘buy to let’ and other Commercial Properties.

Standard covers are available including Accidental Damage, Subsidence, Loss of Rent and Property Owners Liability. We are also able to negotiate more specialist covers for the Property Owner, in the past these have included:-
